To give you an idea of the level of the MCs stupidity so far, he goes to the courier office to post a knife he made, grabs it out with no explanation, and excitement occurs as the clerk thinks he's robbing the place or something with the knife. Things get explained and now he's going to the police station to get the knife certified. Gets there, goes up to the counter, and, I kid you not, proceeds to whip out the knife without explaining first! Of course, as you'd expect, things get excited.
